If you wish to find out any specimen, blood or other test result/s our Patient Care Team will be able to report them over the telephone only if your results are available. Please provide your name, date of birth and telephone number to the Patient Care Advisor.
The Patient Care Advisor might typically report one of the following forms:
“Your test results are satisfactory which is good news.”
“Your test results are satisfactory but you should come back in to see the doctor if your symptoms are still troubling you.”
“Your test results have come back. Please come in to see the doctor soon/ at your convenience to discuss them.”
Please note if you wish to receive a copy of your test results please let us know however this will be treated as a Subject Access Request which could take up to 30 days to process.
